EARTH is a gamified environmental application that rewards users for collecting and properly disposing of trash and recyclable items. Users build a documented record of their environmental impact.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One account per person; duplicate accounts may be terminated

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Submit fake or fraudulent item reports
Use GPS spoofing or location manipulation
Create multiple accounts to earn extra rewards
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
Attempt to hack, exploit, or abuse the Service

5. Rewards

Rewards are based on verified cleanup activities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke rewards
Fraudulent activity will result in account termination

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of photos you upload
By uploading, you grant us a license to use, display, and share your content for Service purposes
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you upload
We may remove content that violates these terms

7. Location Data

The Service requires access to your location. By using EARTH, you consent to:

Collection of GPS coordinates when reporting or collecting items
Use of location data for verification and community features
Sharing of aggregated, anonymized location data with partners

8. Intellectual Property

The EARTH application, brand, and all related content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
